Yeah I watched one of his videos and it seemed rather weak. I would guess that it does press the throw the panties on the stage button though.

He´s surrounded by great musicians, and writes songs with great knowledge of music and what he wants, but he´s not part of it. As hard as he tries.
They were immensely popular, however.

Manu Chao seems to be an interesting guy. Careers in both French and Spanish music with some other languages sprinkled in.

Have you seen him live? I bet he would be great in smaller venues.

Yes, I saw Manu Chao once. It was a great, great show.
He´s incredibly gifted, very left wing and political, fearless, and a bit naïve, in the good sense.
He was the leader of Mano Negra.

Manu probably would have smoked Bob Marley and Peter Tosh under the table.

All of these songs are great and some are quite entertaining as well.

The dude is magnificent. He roams the world, composing great music, enjoying himself immensely, and is very, very respected.
What more could you ask for?
ETA He´s irrascible, with accomplished musicians, well, famous musicians, but that´s part of his enchantment, isn´t it?

quote:Nothing wrong with that. He is obviously a very passionate musician. I'm sure that passion can boil over at times.

That live show at Baionarena is remarkable.
