What has been your experience with ticket vendors? Box-office.co in particular.

I am looking for any information about box-office.co

Went to buy concert tickets at Ticketmaster and they sold out quickly. Found tickets at box-office.co. I knew I was going to be paying $50 per ticket over face value when I bought them. That is not my concern. These two are:

1. I can find their web page but I have goggled everything thing I know to goggle and can't find them. I have seen horrible reviews for other vendors.

2. As with most of these ticket vendors I didn't get the tickets immediately. I am supposed to get a separate email telling me how to download tickets.

Just wondering if I got ripped off.
