Good quality? Playability?

I wouldn't consider them to be overpriced. They'd get the job done for personal use. Wouldn't be my first thought for a go-to acoustic.

Just saw one on Craigslist. Good-looking guitar, asking price is $130.

Model #?
Just quick look at guitar center site and the highest priced one I saw was 249 and that was with electronics?
Give it a real good look over. At $130 it can't possibly be worth paying someone to do much more than a BASIC setup. Unless you are handy and wanted to YouTube how to DIY some guitar repairs. Perfect candidate for practice surgery.

They're nice for casual use or beginners.

$99 free shipping??
Unless the craigslist one had something done to it or comes with a case $130 sounds wrong. It is across the board a $99 guitar.
Go to Guitar Center and try one before buying one.
ETA... I am a frikkin newb when it comes to guitars. I know what I like, but can't play for shite. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable chimes in.

Decent campfire guitar, but I wouldn't consider them for stage or studio use. If you just want to piddle around on the couch, they're solid. Nothing like reaching to grab something and smacking a $1500 guitar on the coffee table....
