Me and my wife were talking while she was getting ready for work, and she says "Oh I forgot to tell you. My friend from work, Jenny, knows Brandon Flowers."

Now we've known Jenny for a couple of years. The first thing that popped in my head was "Oh. Well she is mormon, but, still, how? What?"

My wife said that she was kinda roommates with him at one point when he was dating her best friend. She claims that "Jenny was a friend of mind" was about her. She hates the guy now. My wife said she has never seen Jenny get so flustered and angry when talking about someone.

So if this is all true, what the hell happened? I always thought that song was about a fictional murder/abduction/disappearance. She won't tell my wife what happened.

No pics.

I know it sounds like BS. I was skeptical myself, but I haven't known Jenny or my wife to be liars.

I don't know, has anyone every try to figure out what that song is about?

This is the third part of the Murder trilogy. The first song was not released until 2007 and is called "Leave The Bourbon On The Shelf," and the second song is "Midnight Show," which is the tenth track on the album. In this song, the murderer is being interrogated by police.

Well maybe she's being a typical woman and making everything about her.

It still doesn't mean that your Jenny isn't somehow involved in the creation of the song. Really CSB
