"Voodoo Fest"

So with no Voodoo Fest again (Saturday is showing 100% chance of thunderstorms so it probably would have been cancelled that day, and Sunday would be a mud pit if you want any news on the bright side), but does anyone think a festival will ever take place on Halloween weekend again in City Park?
Personally, I think Voodoo Fest is done, but I do think another festival/corporation, especially more niche towards rock, will take it's spot. Would love to see the people behind Riot Fest (probably not happening) or even European festivals like Hellfest (if Primavera Sound can come to Los Angeles, Hellfest can come to New Orleans LOL) take it over with a new name.

I always liked voodoo, it had gotten better than jazz fest imo. Good acts and not as costly.

I miss it. I think it will come back at some point. Hopefully with different leadership.

Under different leadership, they'd probably have to use a new name.. I don't see a point in paying for the rights to call it Voodoo when a hundred different names have the same value
