Have the opportunity to get tickets to an upcoming show and wondering if anyone has sit in this area before. I haven't been to a concert other than pre game there and I'm new to this being an actual real venue.

From the layout, it really doesnt look like it's worth it as you're the same level as general admission. Biggest benefit looks to be access to A/C in Club XLIV.

I think the appeal to me is the seating but idk how far away the stage is from these boxes.

I guess the appeal is having someone to fetch your drinks? The location is terrible.
