SIAP, but has anyone checked this guy out? I'm a big Sturgill Simpson fan and I read that SS was producing Tyler's next album. I decided to check him out a couple weeks ago and haven't stopped listening since. If you check him out, here's 3 good ones to check:

Saw him several years ago in Tupelo. Unbelievable and has been my favorite song writer since.
The only thing that worries me is that the songs released from the new album seem a bit overproduced. Childers is at his best when the songs are raw and stripped down

Universal Sound does have a different vibe to it, but I like it. Lady May is on the new album coming up and it's stripped down so maybe it's a good mix.
