Haven't heard it, but I'll try to give it a listen this weekend. Twista's vocal delivery is one of the tops in the history of rap, in my opinion.
He also has one of the best fast beat songs of all-time.

The guy at the very end of this video Twisted Insane is in the same vicinity as Twista also and he's a ridiculous lyricist as well
Also if you can find it, his 2nd album "Resurrection" which was only released in Chicago (name infringement with Common's album of same name Atlantic Records screwed him and shelved his album) its a lot different style closer to Adrenaline Rush
