thoughts on multi genre tours

Does anyone want to see more multi genre tours? I'm mainly talking about some combination of rock, rap, and country bands touring together. I've seen Ice Cube open for Korn and that worked out ok. There's been other rock/rap tours, can't think of too many rock/country tours. I know one of the bro country guys toured with Nelly not too long ago.

What are some combinations that would work where fans of both acts would enjoy it? I think AIC touring with someone like Chris Stapleton or maybe Sturgill Simpson might work. I don't follow rap enough to know what's good these days but I can't see all that mumble stuff working with other genres. Maybe something like Deftones and Run the Jewels would be cool. For bands just playing to a different audience, I think Clutch could put together a set that would go over well at Jazzfest. I could see them touring with a few country acts too.

As for different subgenres, something like Tame Impala and Mastodon might be cool. I don't know if any of these "real" country acts today would want to tour with some bro country band.
