The Ozric Tentacles. Discuss

Here's my Ozrics story. The first time I saw them was in Colorado Springs at a small venue called 32 Bleu. I was there with a couple of friends. We were sitting at a table in the back (but close to the bar) and we noticed the trippy flute player (Jon) walk past with another very bushy guy in tow.

Me and one of my friends decided to go investigate while the other one held down the fort. We found Jon and the other guy in a room with some pool tables, shooting pool.

We introduced ourselves and they did likewise, Jon and Harry. We hung out with them for a while shooting pool until Ed Wynne came and dragged them off to get on stage.

Fast forward a couple of years later and I'm at a Roger Waters concert. The friend I was with asked who the keyboard player in Waters' band was. I said I didn't know but he looked like the guy I shot pool with from the Ozrics. A guy in the row in front of me heard the question and said, "That's Harry. Harry Waters."

So I shot pool with Roger's son and didn't even know it.
