The Moody Blues- any fans on here?

A very underrated British band IMO. They can have some of that sappy British sound that you might see with Pauper at the Gates of Dawn, but they put together some pretty sweet compositions. Waters/ Floyd fans may enjoy their lyric-writing and complex arrangements.
I don't care much for their later stuff, but On the Threshold of a Dream, Days of Future Passed, and In Search of the Lost Chord are some fantastic albums. The latter is one of my favorite albums right now, hence the sig pic.

I meant underrated in a modern context. They deserve to be a lot higher up on people's lists than they are.

Although I can only name one of their songs off the top of my head ("in your wildest dreams"), I actually really do like The Moody Blues.
My dad was into them, and he'd often play them in the car. I always thought it was really good stuff. I haven't ever really followed up with them as an adult, but I wouldn't rule it out. After all, my first listen to Afghan Whigs was a couple weeks ago when I randomly decided to listen to all their albums. I have a very open mind about music.
