I've been playing guitar off and on for about 20 years and have been "off" for awhile now. I'm looking to pick it back up as something to do around the house and keep getting tons of ads for these new Spark practice amps. It looks like they have a ton of cool features and would make a good living room amp. Does anyone have one of these things? Are they worth a damn?

Decent modeling amp. With tons of settings.
They lack in the user friendly aspects. Using the practice settings to play along to chords is not as simple as they claim it is. There don’t seem to decent tutorial videos. Not for specific features. Just long winded YouTube reviews. If the reviewer got a free Spark it’s “awesome”. If they bought it on their own it’s lukewarm. If they aren’t a big enough YouTuber to get a free Spark it’s “garbage. “
They had a recent software update I have not messed with yet. Because many people were pissed.
If you are playing a lot of cleans and slow blues, your perfect. High gain stuff and metal MANY of their settings cut out. Even if your trying a blues setting that’s a little dirty. It may cut out. Either cut out all together or the note dies.
