What’s the deal with the venue? I know they have been having shows at mid city. They just updated their website saying currently under renovation.

Been closed since last May. I pass by there every once in a while. Don't think they've done much.

They gutted the place out without the correct permits. Fired the architect who they assumed had the right permits. Got a new architect but now they’re fighting DPW and the city on it.
Had they had the right permits then demo’d It, the venue would already be open by now.
