Just got a pair of these. They are unbelievable. The companion app is cool too.
You can choose the amount of ambient noise to take in based on what activity you are doing (sitting, walking, running)
Based on what you are doing, the earbuds automatically adjust. All you have to do is tap the left earbud once to hear what’s going on around you.
It’s $215 with a Amazon Prime discount, you can get a used pair for $170. I think it’s well worth it.

Just curious...
How would such a thing work in a shop environment as ear protection? Instead of the common, big and hot, old school over the ear sound protection. Thinking about at home wood working.

Well you could turn the noise cancelling all the way up.
I’m not sure that would be enough to protect your ears from woodworking noises though.
