Snoop Dogg to release reggae album

I had a chance to work with Snoop on a couple of tracks for this new experiment. It could be really good.

Snoop = old and non relevant rapper
Reggae = non relevant music
Sounds like a recipe for disaster.
ETA: I own an love Bob Marley's "Legend" album like evey human on earth. Reggae as a whole is too repetitive for me.

Snoop as an artist just doesn't interest me anymore. After his early years most of his success was based off of his charisma/celebrity rather than his music.

True but his first national exposure on The Chronic is unforgettable. Nuthin But A G Thang has my vote for greatest hip hop song of all time. Not my favorite, but the greatest.
