For $325 on Craigslist. Good deal?

Seagulls are generally good values. However, you can get that guitar, new, for about $400.
And, with any used guitar, you're going to want to play it unless you trust the seller implicitly.
FretShack is also a fan of Seagulls and is a professional. If he comes along, go with what he says, regardless - I'm just talking out of my fourth point of contact.

According to the ad, it has been played very little.

I've made no secret on my love for Seagulls. $325 is a very fair price for an S6 IMHO if the guitar is clean, if it plays well (no structural issues, set up nicely) if it has a hardshell form-fitting case and if it has electric guts. Tire-kick the seller a little if any of those elements are missing or are deficient for your tastes.
Also, just one man's ears' opinions: The cedar-topped S6s are better suited for fingerpickers, the spruce-topped S6s for strummers and flatpickers. Key words being "better suited" ... either top does both playing styles very well, my statement again is based more on my ears and the resonance hitting my hands and my ribcage. But I figured I'd voice my thoughts.

No electronics, gig bag, and a couple extra sets of strings.
