Amidst a tumultuous week that has seen renewed concern over his drug use, Scott Stapp has launched a crowdsourcing campaign to fund a new solo album and his debut novel.
Stapp is seeking to raise $480,000 for the album, which will apparently see him reunite with producer Howard Bensen and engineer Chris Lord-Alge. Meanwhile, the book will be his first in the fiction category.
