Their drummer is one of the best IMO. Lost Symphonies is probably my favorite Saosin song

Every artist discussed in this thread is utter garbage

Thats why I stay out of Phish and Panic threads. I think both bands are dumpster fires. Any band where I can get a grill cheese sandwich at their show from a hot plate out of a van I can pretty much assure you is horrible in my opinion.

Why'd you bring up Phish & Panic in a Saosin thread?

Plus those grilled cheeses are delicious

Third album was solid as well, but not as good as the first two IMO

Damn it, boy. Blue Sky Noise was their best album by far. Maybe if they worked with David Bottrill on the others, I'd feel differently, but the production is just much better.

Production wise I'll agree. But it lacked that really ambient and trippy guitar work. Glass Arrows is badass, I absolutely love that song. It sounds very much like it could fit on On Letting Go. Compendium into Dying in the Wool is a really good sequence on the album. And I really like Frozen Creek and I Felt Free. Just had some forgettable songs to me.

Juturna and On Letting Go are special to me mainly from the music, especially the guitar.
