For me, Tight Connection to my Heart (Has Anyone Seen My Love) is GOAT bad Dylan. This is Dylan doing 80s pop rock. It almost sounds like Jimmy Buffett could have taken acid and recorded this song. Numerous fantastic lines. Music video absolutely DRIPPING with 80s style and aesthetics. Dylan smirking throughout, he is obviously in on the joke. Just beautiful, classic, vintage "bad" Dylan.

Not entirely in line with the OP but I never liked Like a Rolling Stone from the first day I heard it. I appreciate it, but it's always been one of my least favorite BD songs.
