Not trying to derail. First concert I ever attended was Pearl Jam at the Memphis MidSouth Coliseum in 1994 (Vs album had just come out). Interestingly enough I saw them again at the Memphis Pyramid in 2000 after my Senior year of high school. They played Baba O'Reilly as the Encore again as an homage to the '94 show and in the Pyramid they covered Elvis' 'I Can't Help Falling in Love With You.'

The last time I saw Pearl Jam was in ‘95 at Tad Gormley. Couple times before that at UNO. They were one of my favorite in the 90’s

They blew the fricking roof of of Bridgestone Arena last night.
Brought out Peter fricking Frampton to play on Black.

That poor roof. They did the same on night one!
Now that opening act,
Sounded like a cat being skinned alive.

I’m more of a metal guy but was at the Pearl Jam show last night. They were amazing. Mike McCready can play with anyone and them bringing Frampton out was an awesome treat

Mike McCready was on fire during Jazz Fest. He played the Even Flow solo with the guitar behind his head. Before they did the song, Eddie was saying this was the sort of big gig where he really shines "and I know this because I've been at just about every Pearl Jam show"

Started out playing with his teeth last night before moving to behind the head

Modern day sound guys don’t know to mix a show when it’s actual musicians playing real instruments.
Ridiculous. Pearl Jam has their own front-of-house soundguy. You think a band like that is going to let some unknown fool mix their sound? If the sound was bad, it wasn't because of the sound guy's inexperience with rock bands.
