New Amp - Friedman JEL20

My newest amp is a Friedman JEL20 Jake E Lee signature model. This is my first Friedman amp, and it certainly does not disappoint. It's got 2 channels - one is a plexi style channel and the other is a JCM800 style channel. Channel 1 can go from almost pristine clean to cranked plexi tones. Channel 2 has a fantastic crunch and quickly gets into high gain territory. Pulling the gain pot on channel 2 pushes it into boosted JCM800 territory. Even with the gain pretty high, you can still get some awesome note separation on chords. It is LOUD as hell too. I am anxiously awaiting for the opportunity to goose it next time the family is out of the house.

For me this amp is the embodiment of "can't put it down". I usually get at least 2 or more hours of playtime a night on it... far more than I have with any other amp. I never thought my 6505MH would be collecting dust, but that's where we are.
