Need help finding a song

It's from the early 90s. I believe the band had "Super" somewhere in their name. The music video was based in a diner, perhaps set in the time period of the 50s/60s.

The video reminds me of the Smashing Pumpkins "Today" video.
I believe the video just has the lead singer sitting alone in a diner singing. I think he trashes the place as the song goes on.
I've tried to remember/ find this song for years.
I think it came out around the same time as "Pepper" by the Butthole Surfers.
