Narrowing down my question. Best Bluetooth audio receiver?

Not an ENTIRE AV receiver with Bluetooth. Just the module that can stream in audio from a device? iPhone or iPad? It will be plugged into the back on and Onkyo TX-SR605.
What have you guys heard or personally used with success? Success is defined for me as, "as close to CD clarity and volume" as I can get.

I have the home spot NFC that I bought off of Amazon a few years back. Sound quality is great, pretty solid connectivity throughout the house. I'm sure by now there is something better out there, just check Amazon and read some reviews.
