Some do. Why wouldn't you if you think it would help?

Because you don't want to be that guy.

I've played with a band that used them for charts.

Wasn't a big fan, but when you're filling in, it was a nice to have a cheat sheet.

If there's music in front of me, I have to look at it. If it's not there, I'm fine.

No, I just use a piece of paper with the setlist on it.

4/5 people in my band use them. Its a good way to make sure everyone is in sync and on the same page. Plus we can do last minute edits or key changes and it all works fine. I would rather not have it but when you play 4 hours worth of songs it keeps the mistakes to a minimum

I've only been playing less than a year so I need it. What tablet do you use? I need something I can put MS Word on.

My lead singer uses one. Not really a big deal, but I wish he'd learn lyrics of a lot more songs. We do however have close to 250 or so songs we cycle through randomly.

I use an iPad to run PreSonus Studio Live Remote for my in-ear monitor mix. The other guys in the band do, also...

I use one. I strictly use it to play doodle jump during guitar solos.
