Memorial Day Festival in Houston

Anyone going to this? I've never caught The Flaming Lips so figured they will be a good closer. Excited to see Diiv also.

The Flaming Lips, Lucero, Title Fight, Roky Erickson & The Hounds of Baskerville, Body/Head (Kim Gordon & Bill Nace), Nada Surf, Diiv, Adia Victoria, Moving Panoramas, Lost Element, We Were Wolves
$35. It's at White Oak Music Hall, which I'm assuming is all outdoors, or maybe indoor/outdoor. Two stages. Planning to ride the bike there and get drunk and sunburnt.

I will be there with several friends. It will be outdoors as the indoor venue is not scheduled for completion until late summer/early fall. I've already seen M83 and Sturgill Simpson there, and both shows were great.
