Manchester Orchestra Mobile Soul Kitchen

I was planning on seeing Manchester Orchestra in Mobile. They are playing at the Soul Kitchen. I have never been to this venue. Has anyone seen a concert there and if so was it a good venue?

Soul Kitchen is okay. I have more issues with the bands they book than the venue itself. It's just a big open room with 2 huge bars (assuming the show will be in the main room). Sounds quality is decent. Pain in the arse to piss. There are a lot of good places nearby to grab a drink before/after.

No input on the venue but I loved seeing them live. Saw them at the Paladium in Dallas and it was a blast. Didnt give their last album a shot though now that I think about it

Their last album was very good. Very dark theme of the album which is what I like.
