Had a full a listen of the album yesterday and had to purchase it. This is without a doubt his greatest album IMO.
Indeed one of the best Hip Hop albums I've heard since Rick Ross's Deeper Than Rap.

Deeper than Rap was a great album in my opinion. Ross used live instruments in that album and it would bang from start to finish. Even the subject matter changed a little on the album and his flow was on point.
Yeah I know he's not one of those social conscious rappers that you guys love to post about. I listen to some of those artist as well. But rapping fast with metaphors about social issues doesn't prevent your music from sucking. It can be a little refreshing from the normal but doesn't automatically make a great album.

i'm not one of those guys, rick ross is just a entertainer that's copied his way to a career, his name is after a man that is STILL alive. he was a correctional officer, people like him are ruining rap.

Yeah I really do not care what that man is or isn't in his personal life. Hot music is hot music.

Why should I care if Rick Ross is fake or not. I listen to his music for entertainment. I'm not trying to live out my life like a hip hop artist or any artist for that matter, so why should it trouble me if they are living a lie.
I don't try to jump from exploding buildings either, so what do I care if Bruce Willis actually performs his stunts or not. Die Hard is still a good action flick.

Agreed.
It's not like most rappers live out what they speak either.
