Got to see him at Beale Street Music Festival.

On the Mt. Rushmore of the original rockers: Elvis, Richard, Chuck and Fats.

Little Richard

He always claimed to be the real king of rock and roll, but it doesn't really matter who was the biggest. His 50's output influenced everyone, even in Europe (just ask the Beatles).

A source connected to Little Richard’s family has confirmed to AL.com that Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Little Richard will be buried in Huntsville next week.

Born Richard Penniman, Little Richard reportedly will be buried 11 a.m. May 20 at Oakwood University’s Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
