Leaf Hound [and related artists]

Just found out about this band, they're a psyche-rock, blues-rock band from the Summer of Love era... Growers of Mushroom

As obscure as the band might be I was looking for some similar artists. For reference they came on my "How Many More Times" station.

I've got a good start going with Budgie - GUTS

and Black Sabbath - Black Sabbath

but I aspire to become a guru of the 'pre-stoner' movement. I wish to learn all there is to be known of the blues rock (Zep) /early metal (Sabbath) /psyche rock (Roky erickson) /pre-stoner (LH and Budgie) genres. Everything from Page blues licks to Iommi's crunchy face-melting riffs and all in between.
