I went down a YouTube rabbit hole this morning and ended up stumbling across this guy. His live stuff sounds a lot more rock than his few album tracks I have listened to. Has anyone seen him before? It looks like he is coming to Alexandria on August 10 and Baton Rouge in October.

I’ve been to 15-20 concerts of Koe since 2012. He has blown up over the last two years.
His early stuff is more red dirt, but his last two albums are more rock than anything else.
He is a great act to see live. He puts on a hell of a show.
Just know that his audience is more college/high school kids. A lot of his music is about getting fricked up, drinking, doing drugs, etc...I haven’t seen him live in a year or so because every show over here in Texas is sold out and the majority of the people there are kids
ETA: there is a thread from last week a couple pages back that covers his new album that dropped last Friday. It’s a solid album.

the BR show should be a big one. his new album is top 3 selling for the week in country music.
