iTunes help so I don't erase everything. Please.

Ok. I have iTunes on my mac mini. I have iTunes on my phone that were from my laptop. (it erased all the ones that I had on my phone from the mini when I plugged phone Into laptop and put JUST the ones from the laptop) I have more tunes that I bought from my phone that are just on my phone.
I want to keep everything on my phone and ADD all the songs from my mini. Does that make any sense and how can I do it?

Set it to self manage. If you plug it in and it asks you to sync, click no.

Its an option somewhere in iTunes. It's either in a pull down menu or on the page when you select the device. I can't remember exactly. If you go to apples website I'm sure there is a tutorial.

Dude, pay the $25 a year for iTunes match and never worry about it again. All your music available on whatever idevice/Mac/appletv where ever you are.
I've got over 60k songs and I can play any one of them anywhere. My whole family uses one account so we can all listen to anything in the library. Plus you can authorize up to five computers. iDevices is unlimited.
