great song, but I've always leaned more towards Seventh Son and Fear of the Dark as my two fav Maiden



As for pure badassery, THIS just owns. The opening drum salvo is fricking insane, and the song is just oozing greatness. (for the record, I'm not a huge JP fan, but the Painkiller album was pure greatness)


As for greatest metal song of all time, I really don't know what I would pick. Too many great ones, but I do agree that Master of Puppets may be the leader of the pack.
