Infest the Rats Nest - New Gizz Album

Agree, while I appreciate how impressive it is to put out the amount of albums they produce, I do think it's my least favorite album by them. Obviously more metal, but it lacks the interesting and unique aspects of Polygondwanaland or Murder of the Universe. Also their guitar chops just aren't good enough for solos in that style IMO and they try to mask that with gimmickery, e.g. excessive fingertapping, etc., while also recycling elements from the aforementioned albums.
