I saw Grizzly Bear in Dallas Saturday night

They definitely gained a new fan. I was never impressed with their studio albums, but holy shite can they play a live show. Insanely beautiful controlled chaos is the best way I know to describe it. Would any of you know where I can find a recording of the show?

I was at that show and I couldn't agree with you more. My wife is a big fan of theirs but I always thought their recorded stuff was inconsistent. But thye put on a great show saturday....and the sound system at Deep Ellum Live....err Canton Hall is fantastic.

I saw them after they released Veckatimest, and was pretty damn bored during the show, but I loved their first two albums. Maybe their live shows have changed. Good to hear.
