How to get cd from iPhone onto iTunes?

I suck at computer...let me just start with that.
So I buy a cd from iTunes just now. The wife wants the cd, so I attempt to get the songs from my phone to iTunes but it only shows me as recently purchasing 3. The entire cd shows on my phone, but songs don't show on the computer. What do I have to do to be able to access the songs without having my phone plugged to the computer?

I think you click file and then download purchases, or something like that.

Sync the iphone. If you purchased the songs om Itunes the songs should sync to your computer

Exactly.
It should sync automatically once you plug in the cord from the computer to your phone.
If it doesn't, go under "File" and look near the bottom of the drop down menu. There will be an option for ''Sync iPhone," click that. It should start the sync then.
Your songs should go into your iTunes library (on your computer) then.
