Help me rate Flau'jae Johnson

I'm not a listener of today's rap. I grew up with Run DMC and i'm pretty ignorant to what is out there today. So, with that, can people who are into today's style give your opinion on Flau'jae Johnson's performance at the ESPY"s and tell me how this rates in compareson to current artists?
I actually thought it was pretty good, but I don't listen to enough to know if it is up to par to today's music.
Hoping to get answers from people who appreciate the rap genre and not from people who bitch they can't understand the words.

She starts off slow, which doesn't sound great... she doesn't sound good until she speeds up past the 1 minute mark in the video.
I'm not huge into Rap, but the artists I do like fall into one of two categories:
Rappers who can also sing (driving melody along with the rap)
Rappers who can rhyme insanely fast
Eminem, for example, can do both.
