I clogged one up a while back and have put off taking it apart to clean.

Hot tap water didn't work but I've since bought the wifey a Ninja Pressure cooker and was wondering if any harmonica veterans think a straight water pressure cook up and down would do the trick.

It's a plastic combed Suzuki Bluesmaster which I have since replaced. Thoughts?

I have never had any luck cleaning mine, other than wiping the outside off with alcohol, Any more than that, always messes up the tone.

I wish I knew more than that, because they are expensive these days. LINK

Here is a video about it, but like I said, they have never sounded the same to me after I do this. I try not to play too loud anymore, that makes them last longer.
Cooking that one in a pressure cooker will probably melt it.

I take mine apart and unclog the tine manually with tweezers. Try not to bend the tine. I never put harps in water because it changes the tone and action plus I feel the harp wears out much faster. At $50-$100 a harp it's worth figuring out how to fix them.
