The CONTRACT is through 2025, however the City of Gulf Shores has to approve the permit for the festival each YEAR.
The issue is really that outside of the festival, kids are parking on private property and the locals want the city and County to step up their patrolling outside the festival. It will happen. Too much revenue to give up.
