Good place to watch 'Fats Domino" type music in new orleans?

I do realize the fats domino - jazz - NO connection. Just wondering what places hold bands playing his music or similar music?

Preservation Hall is one place off the top of my head. Other than that, you can probably find a few playing in hotels around town.
