Food recommendations near the Fillmore

Redfish Grill on Bourbon isn't too bad, and it is only 5 blocks from the venue, and not on the sketchy ends of Bourbon.

Mothers is on Poydras, not far away. You could do Cochon then head down there after, within walking distance. Also Acme Oyster House and Felix's for some chargrilled oysters.

Country Flame is another joint on Iberville with some damn good tacos, close to Fillmore. Or Felipes in the quarter, that's kid friendly and their burritos are good. Walking distance as well...

Juan’s Flying Burrito is better than Filipe’s, but Filipe’s is a significantly shorter walk. I once had gotten extremely f$&ked up on bourbon street before a show I was playing at the HOB. That burrito from Filipe’s sobered me up and made everything better
