First of all, frick Courtney Taylor, but even he is less of a douche than his bassist. Tambourine girl would have gotten it back in the 90s tho. I still jam to a couple of their songs, so I'm just a hater, while they laugh all the way to the bank (wtf Europe?!).

I decided to educate my wife (no pics) to BJM, via Dig!, albeit heavily under the influence, last night.

I went back again this morning and verified the youtube version of Dig! omitted the Miranda Lee Richards studio filming of Anemone. Wtf? Seeing Anton jamming with his headphones and cigarette in the background is classic. They showed him jamming with Matt Holiday at the same studio, headphones/cigarette, but not Miranda. Weird edit.

CSB, I meet Anton at a bar in L5P before a show 5+ years ago. He was picking up a togo order at the bar before the show, and I mentioned I was a big fan. He spent the next 5 minutes telling me how great Atlanta was while the big bag of food was getting cold. I didn't have the heart to tell him L5P is a shithole, but there's no doubt pre-Dig! Anton would have been a regular.

Anyone know what happened to Joel? frick Anton's current/recent Berlin acid rock. Ironic sell-out.

I actually have a dvd somewhere of that documentary. I always hated the dandy warhols music, but I like some of the BJM music. I think I have a cd of thank god for mental illness. Really good documentary though.

I would’ve fought Joel back in the day too. He has a very punchable face.
