I am of the opinion that while the Dark Side of the Moon and Wizard of Oz match isn't that good, I do believe Echoes and the second act of 2001: A Space Odyssey is right on key down to the cuts.

i remember the first time we tried to synch it with VHS and a CD, it was comically hilarious to get synched.
we also did the wall/alice in wonderland.

Guile's theme goes with everything.
Haven't tried it, but apparently In Keeping Secrets and Good Apollo by Coheed synches up pretty well with the theatrical version of The Fellowship of the Ring.

Me too.
Click play and then immediately click pause on the CD player so that the play count is at 00:00. Start the movie. Click play on the CD player the moment the MGM lion roars the 3rd time. Sit back, light up, and enjoy.
If you didn't rent the MGM version of The Wizard of Oz, you failed.
