They are a couple of brothers that are from around here, but they are trying their luck in Nashville right now.
I had never heard of them until yesterday, and just checked them out.
IMO, they aint bad, they have some pretty good vocal harmonies and are good musicians. Songs might just be too average though.

Those lyrics are pretty bad. The song started off good with the intro but went right into bro country status.

It’s just a pretty generic paint by numbers lyric type song.

My feelings too. I listened to a couple of other of their songs, and both of them had that Wagon Wheel progression.
I really like the stage presence and voice of the brother with the beard.
Gonna try and get together with them and pitch them some songs, I think.

I have some stuff, that I think, could break them out of the pack. Some people are afraid to crawl out on limbs though.

No, they’re perfect for that scene. Those songs are fine for radio.

You're right, and like I said, I don't know them. I always like to think, that everybody stuck in that genre, would like to break out of it, but maybe not. I can't see the trend continuing much longer, how much will people keep buying?

It’s essentially pandering twangy pop music. It’ll always sell.

I haven't bought any new music in years. I don't even know how they put albums together anymore. I don't think any of my stuff would fit on country radio right now, but do they still record stuff sometimes, that isn't intended for radio?
I don't really mean " filler material", I mean good songs, that aren't built for radio.

The lead singer has a good voice. I hate that a good voice is wasted by bad and run of the mill music. You hear it over and over again. It lacks heart and a conscience. It is boring and repetitive.

I always believe that you sing on how you feel and not spit out words just to look cool. The lyrics to the song is bad and nothing that people don't do in life. Sing something different than the same party songs.

It will sell in Nashville but it is nothing groundbreaking as it sounds just like the last song on the radio.
