0Are we going to start seeing some concerts? MS allows 50% capacity in indoor arenas. Mask required at the Tupelo Arena since it's owned by the city and masks are required in all City owned buildings. Not sure about masks in Biloxi.

Hell yeah.
I saw William Clark Green in January at Billy Bobs. About 1/2 capacity and masks required not sitting at the table. Overall didn’t seem to be a lot of concern, but trying not to get shut down.
Last night saw Shane Smith & Saints at Billy Bobs. Full capacity, no masks required. Good times were had.
Just amazing the difference a month and the governors order made.

The wife and I went with some friends to see them at the Varsity a few years ago. It was one of those rare occasions when the band's energy is too much for the size of the venue. Great show and, holy hell, were they tight. Looking forward to the next opportunity to see them...
