Garth seems to be the consensus, but I don't see any way that would happen. Who are the other headline predictions?
Strait on Saturday would have drawn a ridiculous crowd. Hopefully I will be able to make it Friday.

Have they said if their will be other acts on Friday? With the expansion to three days no telling what else they plan with George but I imagine he's big enough of an act to play the whole night

I thought I read somewhere that "an opening act" would be announced at a later date. So basically this is a regular concert the day before BCSF that they are using to hype the remaining 2 days by using the existing stage set up and BCSF name.

"Strait will perform May 23 along with another major act who will be announced later."
The promoter could just be blowing smoke though.

Yeah, pretty much. George's concert guy is a Louisiana native, so that probably worked in our favor.

I heard on the radio today that Sheryl Crow is opening up for George Strait on his tour and she has a new country album coming out. It may be her.
