I was like this in college and shortly after. The older I've gotten, the less I care to comment on how much I dislike a band. I just don't see the point. Music is subjective and why should I care if someone else likes a band that I don't?

I have a hard time understanding people who listen to really crappy music or who couldn’t care less about music all together.
Subjective or not.
Crappy Music exist and there are people who listen to it
Reminds me of a quote from the movie High Fidelity
“ I agreed that what really matters is what you like, not what you are like… Books, records, films – these things matter. Call me shallow but it’s the phuckin’’ truth, and by this measure I was having one of the best dates of my life.”

Music snobs, art snobs and wine snobs are some of the most boring people you’ll ever meet.
That said, Link Wray is/was a total RAWK God and if you disagree, you just suck and don’t know what the frick you’re talking about.

I think I'm one of the few that like their post-Layne stuff just as much as the 90s albums.
The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here is my second favorite AIC album behind Facelift. Dirt is a close third.

I agree on seeing that sentiment everywhere but never understood it either, in most cases.
