Anyone seen the Rolling Stones RR circus ads on Youtube?

The last three nights I have had them pop up as an intermediate ad during a non-music-related YT video. They are full clips of a single Stones song from "The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus". It is just a straight clip no text or voice-over and unless you have seen the film you wouldn't even know what it was from. I am curious as to the why. I know last year over the morning of 12/31 to 1/1 there was a channel that popped up on YT with a bunch of old unseen Stones videos and outtakes they were only up a few hours. There was speculation ABKCO was using it to fulfill the EU's requirement for lawful communication to that public to extend the 50-year copyright by another 20 years. But this doesn't seem to be the case with RR Circus since it was filmed in 1968 and released as a movie in the 90s and I got the DVD release in the early 2000s.
Does anyone have a clue why they would do this? I know it is kinda silly but it intrigued me, I was sure while watching the first song it was going to try to sell something.
PS for anyone thinking of tracking down the DVD the Stones performance is lackluster, The Who's is typical spot on The Who for the era and the interesting bit is the only footage of Tony Iommi playing with Jethro Tull. The Dirty Mac is cool too (Clapton, Richards, Lennon and Mitch Mitchell) but Yoko's vocals kinda ruin it.
BTW the 3 songs I have seen are No Expectation, Parachute Woman, and Salt of the Earth. Outside of No Expectations those are pretty deep cuts.

I saw it last night. It came on as an ad before a sunset sound interview with Dweezil Zappa. The ad was just the stones playing jumping jack flash.
