Have a chance to pick one up at a reasonable price. How hard to learn to use it? I love the way they sound.

Almost got an ESP LTD C-401B once, glad I didn't though. Feel I'd have regretted it.

Why do you think you would have regretted it?
I know it's a bit limited,as far as use.Seems like it could be a good learning tool though.

maybe a little getting used to, but you really don't notice it being any different after the first few minutes playing.
great for inspiring new sounds if you're in a rut with playing standard length. it tends to gives you new ideas and different ways to write music or play the same music in a new light.
also, those open chords being deeper lend themselves to new vocal concepts in ways you might have never considered.
i would suggest anyone pick one up as an alternate option to your playing. you might not play it every day but just to have around for those times the well dries up is nice.

Wouldn't have used it much and would have been a waste of money and effort.

I've always loved this random intro that Dave Matthews plays on the baritone.
