Crazy how they didn't really become big at all in the US. They had one sort of hit in Kayleigh which was on the "My Girl" soundtrack, but that's about it for the states. Easter and Lavender were fire. I would have never heard of them if not for an old boss of mine. Never met anyone else that knew of them besides a cab driver that was listening to them one day and recommended Fish's solo stuff (which is great). I like the newer stuff with Hogarth as well. Marbles was a fantastic album.

30 year fan right here. Bought everything they ever put out. Clutching at Straws, one of my all-time favorite concept albums. Don't like the newer stuff as much, but Less is More is a beautiful friggin album that everyone should own. Fish was one helluva lyricist, and Steve Rothery is so damn underrated it's ridiculous.

Fish is clearly the better talent, but I actually prefer Hogarth's voice.

Thanks for the heads up on Less is More. I checked it out on Amazon and thought it was one of many compilations, but then saw it was all acoustic (as the title suggests, herpderp). Will check it out.

Yes, Hogarth is solid and an amazing talent. Don't know how deep you are into them, but if I could make some recommendations from both Fish and Hogarth eras, they would be:

Fish: Clutching at Straws; Script For a Jester's Tear, Misplaced Childhood.

Hogarth: Brave; Less is More; Season's End; Marbles.

Fish solo: Sunsets on Empire; Vigil in a Wilderness of Mirrors; Internal Exile
