Analyzing Elton John's "The Bitch is Back"

The wife of Bernie Taupin, the guy who wrote the lyrics for Elton John, overheard Elton fussing at his band one time. I've heard Elton's band was pretty cool, unlike Elton himself who reportedly is a primma donna.
Taupin's wife said, "the bitch is back.'
This inspired Bernie to write the lyrics to "The Bitch is Back." Elton John, his band, and his producer turned these lyrics into a classic rock song.
The electric guitar player hits one lick and stays with it for the whole song. The producer adds saxophone, and by the 2:50 point of the song there is a wall of sound including the merciless electric guitar lick, a phased bass guitar, a saxophone, and Elton singing rebellious lyrics.
It's great.

BTW, Elton John had an outstanding producer who made all his songs sound professional and slick.
